The Elegy of a Snake-bitten Dying Goddess

Whisper
with your eyes
Hold my crumbling bundle of breaths
till your whispery stuns
cease the two snake bites on my wrist
from killing me cell by cell,
till the dusky horizons
of my trembling eyes
lose their glimmer,
and turn into venomous emeralds,
sucking the life out of us.

Hold my slivery structure of shivering cells,
till the poison in my veins stops
to gaze at us with such a quietness
that for a second I feel I'm not dying,
and the numb, cold, tingling poison
will be a brief sensation and I will be alive.

Hold me till my wanderlust
factionalizes with my nebulous soul,
till the onism evanesces
into the beautiful place
called Nowhere,
till our tears and the quivers
of our wistfulness evaporate
with the only two emotions I have always felt:
Yugen and Love.

Hold me till the Hope of my Life
is crippled, till its feathery breaths
are assimilated into the indifference
and the nothingness of the cosmos.
Hold me till your hands feel numb,
and you feel my frigid body
slowly losing everything.
Hold me till you feel empty
and your heart feels full
because it will be our
last time together,
the last "Hold me".

Hold me till I am Nowhere,
till the Universe itself
loses me in the vacuum of its vastness.
Breathless.
